I received this in the mail today. It took me several minutes to figure out just exactly what it was. Best I can tell, it's a gimmick for some war game. It consists of a powder-like "snack." It reminds me of what the Doctors Without Borders worker gave us that they said kids in Sudan ate. If ever there was a what the fuck moment of 2006, Vh1, this is it. Cause, really,
